Dedicated to a want

My hundredth post.

What is want?

When I desire something so much that the very thought of that thing causes pain, not because it is painful, but because I do not even want to think of a life without that one thing, I guess I have a want.

When every second of every minute of every day, all the thoughts lead back to that one thing, I guess that I have a want.

When every word I hear, brings back that one thing, I guess that I have a need.

When I know that I may not get that one thing, yet I soldier along, not caring for the obstacles, I guess that I have a want.

When I know, I have a want.
I know I want.

Surprising as it may be, my only response is "LOL".

I guess that I cannot expect people to know what I am saying, especially when they are far removed from the scene of my thoughts.
However, the reason I thought that this needs a reply is that, one needs to be frank and open.
And I personally think that this post shows a lack of understanding of what this post is to mean.
I can accept your comment, knowing fully well that one can do only so much with a limited knowledge of the unknown

There mis always a difference between what is a "want "and You need.
Wants are many some of them essential and some non essentials.
We should always strive for what we need so that we are not put to too much greed and sufferings.
